About our team.

Paul Dandurand, Chief Executive Officer (Founder)
Paul has a background in starting and growing companies. Prior to PIEmatrix, he was co-founder of FocusFrame where he wore multiple hats including those of co-president and director. He helped position FocusFrame as the market leader with process methodology differentiation. FocusFrame was sold to Hexaware in 2006. His enterprise project management experience was acquired at Ernst & Young (now Capgemini) and Siebel Systems. At PIEmatrix, Paul promotes innovation and customer value. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. Check out Paul's PIEmatrix blog.
Curtis Aube, Flex Developer
Curtis Aube
Curtis loves computer graphics, programming and web design. So naturally he chose a role that included all three: Graphical User Interface (GUI) designer of an advanced Rich Internet Application (RIA). Curtis graduated from Vermont Technical College with a Bachelors in Computer Engineering and is now giving back to his college by teaching web development classes part time. Curtis also enjoys playing the bass and currently plays in his church's worship team and youth band.
Craig Damon, Ph.D., Chief Technology Officer
Craig brings a blend of industrial and academic backgrounds to PIEmatrix. He has held a wide variety of technology industry roles over more than two decades. His industrial experience includes founding two pioneering object-oriented database companies and helping build Progress Software into a public company, where he ran the advanced development group for two years. He has taught Computer Science and Software Engineering at the University of Vermont and Vermont Technical College, where he developed the Software Engineering and Information Technology programs. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Philosophy from Bowdoin College. Craig survives working too many hours by rooting for the Red Sox (or is it the other way around?).
Monique Crete, Business Development
Monique helps people learn about the power of PIEmatrix as the company's business development manager. She was one of the national top account managers at a McKesson subsidiary. Her focus is and has always been ensuring top customer experience. When not enthusiastically touting business efficiency with PIEmatrix, she enjoys dancing, keeping fit, and spending time with her incredibly fast Manchester Terrier.
