Have you ever gone to the help center and not find the answer? Wouldn't it be nice if you could instantly chat with a PIEmatrix support person on the spot? Now you can with the new chat feature built right into the Help Center window! If a support person is available, it will say "Click to chat with us!"
To access chat, go to the Help Center from the upper right corner of your PIEmatrix platform. Click Help and then select Help Center. This will open the Help Center in a new window. Try to find the answer to your question by navigating the different categories and questions. For faster results, type in your keyword and search. If you cannot find what you are looking for, reach out to PIEmatrix support with the chat button.
On the lett, I resized the page to be really small so you could see the chat link in the lower corner. Once you land on the Help Center page, the orange chat link will come up on your browser page. If support is available, it will say "Click to chat with us!" Click the orange tab and start chatting.
If support is not available on the spot, it will say "Contact us!" In this case, click the orange tab, enter your name, email, and question and support will get back to you soon.
